Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any item within 30 days of purchase, you may return same (with original packaging if possible) for an exchange or refund. If you have any concerns with a BearMark piece after 30 days, please contact us with details, and we will make every effort to remedy your issue.
