Online Payment Security

When you submit your order and payment information online, your credit card and billing information will be verified through the Address Verification System (AVS) which is used by financial institutions to help reduce credit card fraud. If this system reports that the address you submit at the time of order does not match your credit card billing address, you may be contacted by a BearMark representative to verify that your information has not been stolen.

Refund Policy

BearMark guarantees 100% satisfaction on all purchases. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase, return it within 30 days unworn and with the original packaging if possible for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, if you have any problem with your purchase, please contact Customer Service for an RMA number prior to return. CUSTOM PIECES are exchangeable, but not refundable. Please contact us for further information if you have any question or problem with a custom piece.
